CTXMLS only Membership

FOR REALTORS/APPRAISERS

When joining as a MLS ONLY Member you'll have access to the CTXMLS, which covers 17 counties and 4 associations. If you already have a Supra e-KEY. we can co-op it to access the CTXMLS Supra boxes.

With approximately 7200 subscribers and expanding, the CTXMLS connects REALTORS® and their clients to the market's most comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date listing data.

Designated REALTORS®, REALTORS®, and Appraisers who hold primary membership in another association are eligible.

*IMPORTANT: The Broker of Record on file with TREC must be a participant/subscriber to the CTXMLS for agents to be eligible for subscription.
