July 1: Applications for consideration sent to Membership
July 17: President presents recommendation for Nominating Committee to the BOD for approval and appointment.
August 2nd: Nomination Applications Due
August TBD: Nominating Committee meets to select the slate of Officers and Directors prior to the August BOD meeting.
August 14: Slate of Officers and Directors is presented to BOD for approval.
August TBD: Notice of the Slate is sent to Membership.
September TBD: If a valid petition is filed, there will be a Membership vote at the Annual Membership Meeting. If no petition is filed, the slate, as presented, is declared elected.
